Welcome to my page with information for if you're an author. I do get questions a fair bit, so I've tried to put all of the relevant information on this page. I do also sometimes give courses/classes for conferences, so there is also information about those at the bottom of the page.

Not at this time.

No. As much as I love helping people, I only have limited time and am unable to do this.
